Well, I guess you wanted waterfront property. Now it is just more water than front, I guess.

The grass just started to come back after being submerged in that brackish canal water after last year's Matthew brought the water almost to the retaining wall of the lanai.

The seven o'clock tracking update.

Geez, some good news here. The canal water is not rising, and is actually noticeably lower from 2 hours ago.

Looks like they put some more hurricane warnings on the tracking display. But looks like it is weakening pretty good now.

Same here. We're getting more and more little outages. Parts of Palm Coast lost power. My son in Winter Park lost power. Hoping.

Winds picking up here a bit, and rain just about constant now. Seeing yellow bands heading our way on the weather radar.

11 o'clock track forecast is showing Irma staying over land and sustained winds down to 100 mph. Barometric pressure is rising pretty rapidly now, so the kryptonite is working.

5.2" of rain, Winds slacked off.

Yeah, I can see on the weather radar where you are apparently in a sizable break in the bands. I think Irma coming on land during nighttime hours is helping to knock the stuffings out of it. And likely that cool air being sucked down from the north is helping to put the brakes on that storm's heat engine too.

But still, a tornado spawning in your back yard could still sure ruin your day.

Still raining good and gust to 70. Just glad is not 120 or more.
