Been around for awhile
Well this morning i took my baby in to have headers, Zo6 intake and throttle body installed. Well the eBay throttle body had been ported to much for a stock cam :ack2:.I was told the car would idle around 2000-2500 with that TB.:eek:Anywho i decided with their help to just sell the TB and have mine ported at a later date Thanks Guys at REVXTREME for all you did i went from 286hp to 319hp not bad :thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
Yeah i saw your car back there when i was dropping mine off.

Nice numbers btw. Im hoping to see 500+ with mine :D
 
Nah i let my wheels do the talkin for showin off lol. pretty chitty too, got new wheels and tires to sport and no shows are going on :banghead: :banghead:

numbers are numbers, thats all. i wanted to go in and take a peak at his car though, but wasnt sure if i was allowed so i handed my keys to one of the guys an took one more distant look at the car and left.

There is a show this sunday in St.Pete at Quaker Steak and Lube. I hope to be heading up around 10am.

HP's on both are great to say the least.
Am interested in that TB you couldn't use though.
what kind of increase in MM's are we talking?
I already have a 90 on my Mallett but wanting to increase to 100 or 110 and up my injector's as well.:thumbsup:

We offer our 90 (it outflows the ported LS2 90 by over 35 cfm @wot), 95, 100, 105,110 & 115 billet throttle bodies in dby & cable operated:

The 90 is $469, 95 $479, & 100 is $499. The OD on each is 4 1/8". Texas Speed has a new MAS out, we are a few months from releasing ours.:thumbsup:

Hey Spiceman i think the the TB you have already is ported more than mine.This TB was ported thru the blade so there is a gap between the blade and TB wall.I think it's ported to 85mm.PM if you think it would work.:thumbsup:

But, think I might pass, as I mentioned...................the Mallett already has a 90 which has been ported.
However, wanting something a bit more, and knowing that this 427 still has plenty of room for more air and fuel is where I'd like to take it next. It's really more of a fine line where too much takes the streetable away.
Don't get me wrong, LOVE big ponies.........love track day's too. But, most of all enjoy driving the car on the street too.
Plenty of hp for the street right now (510 RWHP) and very controllable,
Start pushing 600 to 650 is another story, if you know what I mean.:rolleyes:
