C5 issue with refilling gas

Took the vette out of storage a few weeks back to run the gas out of it and fill it back up.
When I went to refill it the gas kept spitting out of the tank like it was full.
Didn't matter at what angle I held the nozzle or how fast I tried to fill it.
Went to another pump..... same thing. Went to another station.... same thing.
Is there a vent on the tank that could be clogged?
Any ideas? Thanks

heard this before, could be the pump that runs to fill the secondary tank is going bad or fuse blown or something...
