Hey, congrats, Rich, you made it out of the "velvet valley" of Fallston, MD. :)

Got your EMail. Thanks for the update.

Our place in Pine Ridge is under-roof. The trusses were delivered about 5 weeks ago.

Now, the place has a roof, AND they're "studding" the inside.

The target date for completion is still April, 08.....maybe it will be sooner.

Regardless, "our" target date is probably the end of 08....Nov. or Dec. till we're there full time.

Hey Chuck, good to hear from you! Man they are moving quickly on the house. If they have a roof on it already, it sounds like he may be done before April if everything goes well. Keep us up to date and let us know when you are coming down,
