• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

MY 383 Build by Chris Hardwood @ Extreme Motorsports:

Good luck on having it finished anytime soon.

On 8-14 Thunder posted it might be done in a week. That was 5 weeks ago. If everyone lives in close proximity to each other I would call a meeting and have everyone over for a chat.

A group, all folks with separate incidents but the same results should be able to get someone to listen and do something to help. What the heck are we paying our officials for? I thought it was to protect and help. :shrug01:

I think every one of you have gone the last mile on this deal, even the guy that's not around here anymore (fatbum?). Regardless if you get your cars done or not, you should try to protect the next person and get this guy shut down.

OK BLOCK AND HEADS ARE READY TO BE PICKED UP. CHRIS SAYS ALL PARTS ARE IN AND READY FOR THE BUILD LOL WONT BE LONG NOW.

I think you REALLY need to find out where your block and heads are RIGHT NOW.

I didn't see many parts of any kind including mine in the room he builds engines.

I think Rich is trying to tell you guys something. I would be over there first thing in the morning with a trailer and some help to load the car. I don't know if the local police can help you out or not but we've got a few on here that may be able to advise you. I'm just trying to think of what you can do if the bldg. is closed.

Once the building is closed, especially if it's eviction related, you'll need to contact the property owner/manager to arrange entry into the building for any purpose.

If the owner has a lien or judgment against the tenant (not that this is the case here BTW), then property inside may be considered part of the "assets" of the buisness until proven otherwise.
If the lienholder wants to be a prick, you'll need to provide reciepts, photo's or other documentation to prove ownership before they can be returned.

The police can't/won't do anything in this matter. It's entirely civil in nature. You'll be referred to the courts and to your own attorney's if you have one.

I'd get my stuff TODAY if it was me....but it ain't me;)

Later:wavey:

Best of luck with this my friends (both you and vetteguy61).

All this crap with this clown makes me happy to have Gregg at Antivenom close by:thumbsup::dancer01:
