:thumbsdown: After taking my vette to a dealer and getting it back all screwed up!!! I am afraid of taking it back. The screw ups include body damage and after replacing the steering wheel on a recall, the air bag fell out and landed in my arms.
I need a new place to go.
 
I'd have to agree with the above regarding contacting Tommy. At least that way, you have someone who cares about, owns and loves vettes looking after your car.

The other thing is, he's so well known in the vette community, that HIS REPUTATION is on the line as well. That said, he'll take care of you:thumbsup:

Hey Marineman1.........which dealer DID you go to? I need A/C work done on my C5 and would like to stay away from THAT dealer.

And Jim.......does Tommy have an e-mail address that I can reach him at? PM me if you don't wanna put it up on the forum. I want to ask him which dealership around me would be the best place to have the A/C fixed. Tried adding some R-134, and it's OK :thumbsup: for a couple of days, but then doesn't cool no more :thumbsdown:. It's gotta be leaking out somewhere!

There is a Ferman dealer on US19 in Tarpon, i was there today to get some 18" rims and tires swapped on my new Colorado regcab. In the past any work they have done has been good.

If i were paying out of warranty i would take it to Greg at Antivenom.
