Thanks to all for the warm welcome last week, and am posting as requested.

Just picked up this wild thing Tuesday night. My first Vette, and I can tell you it compares very favorably with anything I've driven.

This car is tight, fast, a gas to drive, and a hell of a bang for the buck! See you on the road!

Very nice lady!!!!!!! I love the QG7 rims!! those are my favorite. When ever anyone orders one with those, I get excited.... I know I have problems! SO is that F55 Or Z51? and I couldnt tell but it looked NPP in the rear, Very NIce!
I hope you enjoy your C6! I drive the same but 06 and QX3. Black on Black is a sure fire way to turn heads!

Captain - It's F55, and you can see the extra control knob on the console next to the traction control button. Awesome (and yes, pricey) option.

I totally blew right past that picture to see the rims...lol sorry about that.. I guess i should have looked closer!

Like I said, if your a vette lover.. this will be the first of many to come.
Curious though Dan. the Z55 suspension package w/ automatic? Is because of paddleshift? It does have paddle shift? So you wanted some ....well let's say F1 road racing future play time?LOL
Can't wait to see it in person. My brother just bought the 07 Atomic Orange
w/ Paddle shift and Z55 suspension.
My Mallett has the F-45 and Z-51.

It's not Z-51, but rather F55 Magnetic Selective Ride, which also comes with the larger drilled rotors.

You're right, this thing does make you want to cruise. I haven't had a chance to hit it hard, but I can tell you that the handling is superb. I'm pretty sure the "touring" suspension is softer than standard, yet it's plenty firm for easy driving. The "sport" suspension firms up considerably and you can really feel it taking a tight corner. Yet the dampening is so awesome, the car never feels hard.
