New here but not new to corvettes. I will have owned corvettes for 30 years in October of this year. Here is a pic of my first with my father standing next to it. I am now older than my father is in this pic;

Welcome...I was at that Marco show in the picture of your Nassau Blue C5. Believe it or not, it was seeing your Nassau that got me into wanting a C5...

Originally I wanted a Nassau Blue just like yours (I was going to actually ask you if you would ever consider selling yours but you left the show), but I've now focused my attention on a C5 Z06.

Zach, so you must be friends with Jim who owns a C6 red vert. That is who I went to the show with. Good luck finding the Z. I saw a few in Ft. Myers today on 41 about a mile south of 6 Mile Cypress. If you need any help don't hesitate to ask.:thumbsup:
I went to the Z06fest last year and am trying to plan work in that area so I can attend again this year.

Good friends with Jim - we work together on some web projects.

I test drove a blue modded Z06 in Fort Myers 2 weeks ago...the car is something else.

Where is Z06 Fest being held this year? Maybe I'll go...

Only about 4 weeks away. It'll be my first Fest. I can't wait to do a tour of the Corvette assembly plant. Of course they build the Cadillac XLR there now too.

You can order your tickets for the plant tour online. The tour gets filled quick when there is an event in town. Last year there was an Edsel national meet there as well. Make sure you go to the drag strip at beech bend. I got to make a few passes in this MTI car;
