New Member complaint

The big puddle of oil in my driveway would say otherwise, I'd take a photo but the moving POD is sitting on it. He's a complete ass, he told me there was link in some oil line and in the transmission. Not to be sexist here, but I am PMSing and might kill him

I can't believe she gave it back honestly. I knew once mine touched my hands it would never be going back, no matter what was wrong with it.

Well, I really don't know you, so how should I know? But if I were in Chris's shoes, you would have given me a damned good reason to avoid you.

Seriously if this issue between yourself and Chris winds up on court, how are you going to feel when his attorney throws that statement in your face before a judge? Do you really think an attorney wouldn't do something like that to put you in a bad light?

I was going to avoid these threads but obviously she didn't mean that literally. Note she said PMSing. I thought it was funny. I wonder how many times our wives thought they should just kill us during that 'period' of time? :D

I would welcome an atty to try to call my character into question, It would open the door to call Chris' into play as well and I don't think he'd fair so well.

Here is my car in Chris' driveway, where according to neighbors it's been for "a month, month n' a half"

Although I see your point, that statement would not stand in court. How would it affect him not having her car back...as you can look at the date of events and realize it would have no bearing.

If it ends up in court, it's going to be one sided to say the least.

I called him out on it and he said that he "drove it home and parked it to see if there were any more leaks" I am sure that it's been there since it left here. RIDICULOUS. He's saying there are no more leaks. I am going to go over and get it. I am however wondering why Keli would let it sit in her driveway a month knowing that the situation was getting worse. I find that beyond incredible.

It's blocked when he's home, there isn't much space to park.
 
If it's been there for over a month, and hasn't been leaking, why wouldn't he have told you. There is absolutely no reason not to say "your car isn't leaking anymore, all done".

Why have it sit for so long? Sketchy. I recommend having it towed and looked over before you drive it.
 
I picked it up. It's a mess. Service engine light is on, low coolant light as well. It shakes and sounds like poo. He told me it was ready, now he's saying the IAC needs to be cleaned. It's just all been a pack of lies.

Well just make sure you put in some more coolant and have some oil on hand. Get it into a shop ASAP and don't drive it more then you absolutely have too.

I would think any attorney would strongly advise you to NEVER threaten someone you are having a conflict with, even in jest. Personally, I just don't think it's a very wise thing to do under any circumstances, PMS or not.

I think we all get that Rich, it's just that the statement is overshadowed by the actions of Xtreme and really isn't even worth a second mention.
 
Atty's would also advise someone not to steal someones money or cheat them or lie to them. I would love to answer that question in court.

I have had a sense of humor about it all, but today that is gone and replaced by sadness and complete disappointment that someone who do what's been done to me and others. The more I find out the more angry I get at the situation. He actually talked to me like it was my fault today, like I was picking my car up early or something.

That car hasn't moved. The miles on it prove it. Not only that but then he tried to lie and say he told me something that clearly he hadn't because we've only been communicating via text which is easy to go back and read.
