If he gets the same lawyer probably not lol, once again the evidence is 95% against him, i think they even have him on tape doing it, but i mean they had his dna on the glove that killed his wife, so hey if he can get off that, y not this... i think honestly he will do the time though if they have him on tape like i heard, theres just no way to get around that

The "victim" was just on the news stating that the media is blowing this all out of proportion and it really didn't happen the way it is being reported. He also said that the tapes have been altered. I wonder who got to him?

How did he ever graduate from USC? I thought that college taught you to use the gray matter between the ears. Shame seems to be his game.

Regardless of whether he skates or not does not change his POS status but I'm not sure which way this will go. He no longer has the big bucks to pay for A:2232censored:le liers, oops, I'm mean lawyers although attaching one's name to OJ may be the impetus for representation.

I do just so love the statement made by the dumb ass OJ lawyer Yale Galanter "You can't rob something that is yours". It has no interpretation in english least of all in terms of law. Robbery is a persons crime not a property crime. It sounds to me (JMO) that a dumbass is being represented by a dumbass.
