LOL I can understand that. My Grandfather retired from Nasa after 40 years and moved to Washington State. As far away from Florida as he could get.

Steve, We looked ALL OVER. From Niagara area to Greene, but mostly in the Batavia, Albion, and Williamson areas.
We found a farm house on approx 43 acres, surrounded by Farms, Muck farms and Apple Orchards. We made an offer and the contract is a done deal and We should be closing on the 24th of June.:dancer01:

We almost bought 60 acres in Ishua many years ago. Land is so affordable in that area still.

Well the deal fell thru.:( . We had requested some things to be done to the house prior to closing and the owner said NO. Guess it wasn't meant to be:shrug01: . Oh well, guess I'll be around HERE to pester y'all for awhile longer.:D

Well, I feel bad that it fell through, but I have to confess I'm awful glad you guys will be around here that much longer. What would we ever do without you here? :nonod:
