Damn!!! Sorry to hear that. The storm was rather mild here. Power was out for about 34 hours, but beyond that, just a big thunderstorm. Only small branches and twigs shaken from the trees. I did have three trees across the new path I build though. But really, only very minor damage.
 
Track shifted south a tiny bit. If it can just stay 60 miles ore more to my east i will be fine. A hit to me would mean it is over.
 
I hope it misses you completely. FYI, there is another storm forecast for the following week too.
 
Wonder what is going to cause it to weaken as it gets closer to the Florida coastline?
 
Supposedly this front that's keeping the storm from heading north. It's causing wind shear and injecting drier air. Sounds good anyway.
 
Well. that fizzled out quickly. Just a light shower up here this morning. Still feels like summer in the southeast. Blizzards in New Mexico and Colorado.
