Rain today

I got rain on Wednesday, but no idea how much. I was puzzled because it rained all day long, but the rain gauge stayed at 0.01". Well, I checked the gauge yesterday and found some sort of seed jammed into it, blocking the water flow. Oh well..

Simplicity overcome by technology. Gotta love it, right?
 
We got just over 3/4 of an inch. Looks like it's pretty much over. Pollen is starting up already, my vehicles have a golden glow, Spring is almost here.
 
I got 0.77" of rain on Sunday. Some plants are thinking it is Spring time already.
 
You live in the desert of Florida. The only thing that keeps things green where you are is the high humidity in the air.
 
0.30" of rain today (Friday). Went to a gem and mineral show at the Tallahassee Fair Grounds even with the threatening rain. Show turned out to be a lot better than I was expecting. Lots of interesting stuff there. If you are in to that kind of thing, of course.
