Almost got rain today. Storm came from the northwest, broke apart, and then reformed southeast of me. Way it goes.

Just drizzles here for the last few days. Storms head this way, then either go around, or evaporate, then blow back up on the other side. Just enough rain to keep the skeeters happy.

Actually storms have been just going around me or else evaporating right when they get to my doorstep. Maybe getting a tenth of an inch of rain each day, and not much more. Had to start watering the citrus trees today.

I was 80 miles offshore Sat and rain all over and got 2.5" Sun. Snow in july again.

The year-to-date rainfall total for Colquitt, GA is 41.25 inches, according to data from the RainDrop App. Interesting, when I click on the app and use the map to put the arrow on my house, the yearly total is 43.07 inches. The farmers up here use this app to know exactly how much rain they got on specific parts of their fields. This is a pretty good tool.

That Raindrop App sounded interesting so I installed it on my cell phone. But when they asked me for $30 per year, nah, not THAT interesting.

Yeah, I saw that too. But for farmers, I'm sure it's worth it. I used the online page and I guess it's free there.
