rear tires

Looking for a stickier rear tire for my 2008 C6 with z51. Mr. Antivenom is getting me more power than the Supercar tires will hold at half throttle with more power to be added on. Want something low profile. Looking at everything from Falken to Nitto. Must be highway friendly. Looking for responses from owners, not all of the info that you get on tire web sites. Need someone for tire install for Nitrogen fill and sensors. Thanks for any info. Man, there are alot of tires to look at. Not worried about price.

I went with BFG KDW2's, and with all the power im putting down my tires still grab. I drive from bradenton to tampa 3 nights a week for school. Theyre not noisy tires, but given i have a loud exhaust and soon a new stereo to go in i couldnt hear it if i tried. I didnt do the nitro fill tires, and ive been driving on them for prolly 4mths now, and still havent lost a lb of pressure unless my pressure sensors are lying to me.

Before my big build i was putting down 362/367 and with traction control an active handling off, i could punch it and the tires wouldnt spin. Just hooked and went. Still surprised with the amount of power im pushin now 504/440 i have to try a bit less now to break traction with t/c-ah on.

I paid just under a grand for all four from tire rack with fronts being stock front size and 295s in the rear. Next tire up thats street worthy, would be the michelin pilot sport 2's but of all the research i did before buying them, most of the owners of the michelins didnt mind spending money. I couldnt justify 600+ for one rear tire, when i get the same if not better for 314 a tire lol.

If you lived close by id take ya for a spin in them show you how they handle lol.

Thanks for the replies. Went with Nittto tires and they not only look awesome, they handle great and have little to no road noise. Thanks.
