I haven't been to any of the Car Shows at Plant City yet, so I don't know what restaurants/taverns are in the immediate area of the train station
(I used to take pictures of the old Pennsylvania Railroad when I lived up-North, so I'm familiar with the location & surroundings of the Plant City Station)
lemme try going to the next regularly-scheduled Car Show (18 April), to get an idea of what's available, and we'll go from there.

If this is just an informal-gathering, it shouldn't encompass too-much to 'put it together', other than posting notices on various Corvette-themed forums.....

I don't want anybody to think I've forgotten about this idea, although we haven't been able to do any data-gathering yet:
the 3rd weekend in April, both BERNADETTE & I were laid-up (her with a sinus-infection, me with intestinal-flu), and the 3rd Saturday in May (yesterday), we had her daughters in-town visiting from Pennsy & California, so we weren't able to visit the Plant City Car Show.

I'm going to 'try' getting to the Show in June, to see exactly what goes-on in town, and will report back when I have more information, about us forming-up our own, Corvette-only, informal gathering in Plant City a few times a year
