what do i use on the leather seats that does not remove the color? I tried two types with out too much luck.

Ive been using flash'e leather conditioner, I use it on my eboney seats, and the red seats of a 66 corvette and no color came off!
 
I use Meguiars Aloe Cleaner followed by their Aloe Conditioner.
Make sure you use a conditioner after cleaning. If they are real dirty, use a diluted Simple Green or 409 cleaner then a conditioner. I have a C5 with stock seats and I believe there's way more vynl then leather.

New Idea!!

I have had great luck not using a car care products, but a sofa product from local leather store such as Lazy-Boy or Carolina Sofa. Any quality Leather furnature store carries a good product. I use it on all my cars and they always good great.

I have black seats and I use saddle soap,no discoloring and it as condentioner in it,If it's good enough for think horse saddles then it 's good enough for my saets,I have used in all my cars.:thumbsup:
 
Sometimes when you ask a question, you get so many responses you don't know where to start. I'm sure any of the above recommendations will work for you. I'm not a big fan of running around getting different namebrands for all the things you need to take care of your vette. I prefer to stay with one product line if possible and maintain my sanity at the same time.
I would STRONGLY suggest you look at the above suggestions, look at their product line, try a simple kit and possibly some samples if available, and then your life will be easier. I personally like Adam's because they have everything I need and the customer service is awesome and excellent. Flash is a local dealer near you and I hear he's very good too and has several products in his line.
Heck, you can even come to my house and we'll do it together with my Adam's kit and then you not out anything but time and travel. Give me a shout or PM if you want to do this. Good luck, Mark :thumbsup:

:thumbsup: Saddle soap here, too. Use it on the seats and steering wheel. You'll be surprised at the dirt that comes off the steering wheel and how smooth it feels after the treatment. Just follow the instructions. It doesn't leave the surfaces sticky, slippery, shiney or anything but clean and smooth. Man, I should be a rep for the saddle soap company :lmao:
