Settled In

New member
The month of Sept was a killer for us. My new place of employment wanted me to start ASAP; 9/28.
So after a couple of flights in and out and a final drive out of Florida on 9/27, we are settling into our new apartment.

We live about 45 miles west of this landmark
Washington Missouri on the banks of the Missouri River
The company I now work for is Pauwels Transformers.
They are expanding with a new facility and I'm in charge of training. I picked a good time of year to relocate. It was 42 degrees this morning and the tress are starting to change

Hey Rick! Glad to see you have a paycheck coming in again. I know you went through a pretty rough time. Hope things go well for you from here on out.

Take care.

Good Luck Rick...You will be missed

Nice to hear from you Rick. I sincerely hope that the rest of 2009 and beyond is good to you and your family.

Woke up this morning to a brisk 37 degrees  What makes it bad, everything is saturated from the 30 hours of straight rain. It quit last night so hopefully things will start to dry out. Can't wait for Indian Summer to come :D

Rick, don't forget..........if things get too cold, or the weather gets too bad, there's ALWAYS
VACATION TIME IN FLORIDA!
Since you've still got friends there, a short trip to get back into the warm would be a good thing.
Bet there would be a bunch of people glad to see you again!
