Ive been bit by a Black Widow, on the arm. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this. and how long it lasted for you.
I just went through a series of blood treatments and surgery Ive been stuck in bed for almost 2 1/2 months, And the one day I go outside:lmao:
Thank god it wasn't a recluse.
 
Man, Rashelle, how in the world do you get yourself into fixes like this? I've hunted snakes most of my life and been in all sort of stuff over the years, yet never (knock on wood) gotten a black widow bite. The biggest concentrations of them I ever saw were out on Hatteras Island where literally everything big enough for them to be under, they were under. And I saw the biggest one I have ever seen in my life underneath out porch here in north Florida. I didn't believe it was a black widow at first. Now THAT would have been a very serious bite!

Anyway, hope you didn't get knocked too low by that bite. But please be careful, the black widow CAN deliver a fatal bite.
 
It didn't get too much into me, I'm thinking the injections protecting my blood might really help. I feel really good just a little dizzy and its itchy and red.

I grew up in a shack in the Florida swamp with open windows and gators and water moccasins, and have never gotten a spider bite. I was leaning up against the old 4x4 GMC in the back yard and got hit.

Thank you miss Kelli. I think a joyride in a first gen f-body could make me feel better...lol ;)
 
we just had Evan Longoria's LS3 68 camaro here.. They are beautiful, But Im a birdie girl. It makes me sick that people are cutting them up to turn them into camaros
 
My mother did some famous Powhatan medicine on it.

My moms famous medicine is spitting tobacco leaf on you first, If that don't work there is the salve, and that did help. Its sad, Ive been spit on since I was a wee kiddo by my momma:(
