Our idiots in charge and the damned TSA, have made it such a PITA to fly, I avoid it whenever possible.
That aside, when I have to fly, if I can book one, I fly SWA, and for just the reasons noted above.
Thier pilots, flight crews and staff, all treat you like a person. Like they appreciate your doing business with them.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Kudos to Southwest for stepping up bigtime for this guy. Middle finger to TSA for being so cold. I know they have a job to do but occasionally you still have to be a human being and not treat everyone like cattle.

SW is a class act and has been for years .I fly quite a bit and SW offers a lot of direct non stop flights . Never had a bad experience .

As a matter of fact, somewhere around here, I have a picture of me in the PIC seat of one of thier flights.

Asked the Captain and 1st officer if I could take a picture of them in the cockpit for my son.
Instead, the PIC said, I have a better idea.
You get in there, and I'll take a picture of you!
