Tuner for Holley Commander 950 FI

Hello,

I recently installed a Holley Commander 950 fuel injection system. Just curious if there is a shop in the central Florida area (I live in Merritt Island) that has a dyno and also has experience with this system.

Thanks,
Craig

Of course the big guy here has done the same thing before. Im going to ask him now

He wants to know if it is the pro that runs off of the wideband?

Your shop is in Tampa? It may be a while before I have enough confidence in the car to drive it that far. I just rebuilt the engine (and suspension, and just about every moving part on the car). I put about 1k miles on it with the carburetor still on, but now with the fuel injection I am not that confident any more. Just this morning the engine died and I don't know why yet.

Is there anyone closer to the east coast?

I wouldent be too confident either, I dont blame you
I didnt bother to look and see where you were located:banghead:

I cant think of anyone off hand that would know that with a dyno near you, I will do some asking around though

I've seen this place mentioned in other threads, and have looked at his web site. It seems to me that he is only interested in working on C5's and C6's. I would definately be willing to give him a try if he has any experience with the Holley system. If not, I guess I will wait until I am comfortable with driving over to Tampa.

Thanks for the reply.

I should have asked Greg to begin with but I thought you were local, He instanly said their name, and that they are some of the best at that!
and I think they have a dyno too

Well, I have had Cal work on the car a couple times, and have definitely made improvements. However, he is not that familiar with the Holley system and it still does not run as good as it did before I installed the FI. In particular I am having lots of trouble getting it to run right at low RPM and high load (1200 - 2000 RPM in 4th or 5th gear, especially while accelerating). Anyway, I will be heading over to Tampa later this week or early next week for work and I am considering driving the car over there to have some tuning work done at AntiVenom. I guess my question is how much experience does your tuner have with the Holley system? Looking at your website it looks like you don't really work on these older cars. What I am looking for is someone that will really take the time to go through all the settings to make sure they are right. Let me know if you think you can help me out and I will call to set something up. Thanks.
