I have a buddy who came across this tool, and now he has three of them. He was asking us the other day if we knew what it was, and none of us could figure out what it came from. Can anyone here tell us what it is?

We thought that was a possibility, but it would require several of them if that were the proper usage. Could be the answer though!
 
I know what they are. They're the gizmos that hold the thingy together...never can find one when I need it. :hehehe:
