America let's you reside in our country to do as you please, practice your religious beliefs and live the dream and he goes and basically wipes his arss with our flag. NOT IN MY HOUSE YOU DON'T!!! My dad didn't go and fight for his country to have this done on our own turf.

I think he should have taken the Mexican flag down, and then ran the USA flag back up the pole. Then told the guys standing there if they ever did that again they would be on the front page news.
 
Isn’t that just crazy?
When I leave the country and stay someplace for awhile I don’t bring the American Flag and raise it above that countries flag. If I did then I would expect and ace whooping.
I always respect whatever country religions, their ways of life and the people.
I guess it all boils down to respect.

This sounds like i'm pandering but i;m not.Most people do not understand flag protocol.I bet if ya ask ten young people on the street they wouldn't be two that knew what flag protocol was.

May I remind you that when the Blue Jays played in the world series a few light years back,we (USA Americans) flew their flag upside down.

The unfortunate part is, you're probably right:(

An upside down flag is a universal signal for distress. That said, I'm sure it was done in fun and with no ill intent (I hope at least). Regardless of the country, I'd not purposely dishonor thier flag and I don't expect someone to disrepect ours.

That said, I'd likely have gone in and had a conversatiopn (even if I had to take an interpreter) with the owner and see if I couldn't muster some cooperation.

If he refused, then maybe I'd have done the same thing, but I'd have folded the American flag and politely handed it to the owner. Respect be damned, he committed theft and his own actions were somewhat disrespectful of our flag.
 
All that I can say is once again Thank God for the American Vets. I do believe that we are at world war with terrorist and it is starting to look like we will need to fight the illegal immigrants from Mexico. For myself I am sick and tired of outsiders messing with my way of life, adjust to this life style or just get the hell out.
 
Heck, raising a flag sort of makes a statement and leaves implications, don't you think? What did the raising of THIS flag symbolize?

He flies that POS Mexican rag (flag) over ours. He (the owner) should have been lying next to his rag once it was thrown to the ground! :hehehe:

How much you wanna bet when he goes to the bank to deposit his loot for the day, its American Dollars pushed ahead to the teller instead of his kilo of worthless Mexican Pesos!! :toetap05:
