Where to buy a ZO6 in Florida

It depends how far you are willing to travel bud. Best car deals are found in Miami-Dade. Check your autotrader online and you won't find them cheaper anywhere else.

However, with the price probably comes some higher miles and a little more wear and tear. I found my 'vette in Coral Springs (Broward Co.). I got it from a private seller and I had all the cash on hand also. The only thing wrong with my car is the driver's seat is a little cracked but other then that sucker is cherry. Good luck but EBay is a good place to start. I found mine on EBay and we did the business on side....outside of EBay.

Well, as a follow up, I ended up buying from Ed Morse in Sunrise and paid $1400 under msrp after some heavy negotiating (left the dealer on a friday after they would not accept my offer and called back on Monday morning and asked if they wanted to take my offer and they said yes). Buying cars never seems to be pleasant, but driving this ZO6 is worth it!

Hopefully, I will be ready to purchase a new ZO6 in late Febuary. It seems that everyone is quoting msrp, but I have not really tried to negotiate since I am not ready to buy right now so I don't have a lot of leverage to see what it will actually cost me to buy one.

Anyone have any experience at having bought one in the last month of so and what you paid and where you bought from?

I have looked around some in So. Florida for a Z06 and I don't think your going to get one for less than MSRP anywhere. When I bought my C-6 Coupe, I got about 10% off, but had to go out of state to get it. The big national dealers wouldn't give me 10 cents off. I bought it from a Corvette broker.

I have them a offered and before I can respond, I was shipped out, and beside he has to make room for 2008 allocation.

If they will take 68k I have a friend that will buy it tomorrow.

It'll be a buyers market on left over 2007 Z06's watch and see.Keep in mind that you can make a deal with almost any dealer any place in the US and get it drop shipped or museum delivery for $500.

I made a deal with MacMuiilin in New Hampshire for invoice plus a few bucks on an 08 vert. Check Edmonds auto to see what invoice is and work off that figure.

Some dealer somewhere will sell you a Z06 at 4-6000 less than msrp.

If your looking used get in touch with GM Junkie (member) he said there we're some low milage Z06's at auction real cheap

I purchased an 08 Black Z06 with 2LZ, Navagation and Chome Wheels in SW Florida for $73,122 last month. The MSRP on it was $77,790. I had been watching what the cheapest ones on ebay had sold at for about a month. I went in to the dealership and and told them I would buy the car for 6% off MSRP. They told me they could not sell it for that and when I was going to walk out they agreed to the price. Dealers are currently willing to deal on the car. I believe the dealers invoice is about 9% under MSRP so the still made over $2,000 on the car.

I would imagine that the C6 Z06s aren't selling real well right now as many people are awaiting more solid info about the new beast coming out in 2009.
