Why you should wear your seatbelt

I wonder how many people have a video going of nothing but them driving? When I drive with a camcorder, it's pointing OUT the windshield......

Sure would like to know the background of the video.
 
It's possible that it was a taxicab. I can see them taping the inside of the car to catch drivers being robbed, etc.:shrug01:
