ZF Friedrichshafen AG has acquired Cherry Corp., an electronics supplier. ZF said Cherry, which had $400 million in sales in 2007, will operate as an independent business unit, ZF Electronics GmbH. Cherry, of Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
