Xtreme Motorsports

I have an invoice for a motor, a free set of heads and a monetary reimbursement en route to alleviate transportation expenses (rent a car etc).

Chris has been very honest with me today about some things. I'd elaborate more, and honestly feel I may owe it to spectators, but I just don't feel like it... let the smooth train ride smoothly.

I have seen the heads already, have a copy of the invoice, talked to the shop they actually bought the motor from and Chris is going to have my injectors upgraded as well since with the heads I'm going to need it. They aren't Mamo heads, but PRC 2.5s aren't shabby by any means.

If he keeps up the clear lines of communication it will definitely show a turn around from this bad spot.

I am just waiting on the motor to get sent to the distributor and inspected before they send it to Chris.

Chris seems to be trying to remedy some of his past mistakes. As I have proof of various things I am confident we can move on from this successfully and Chris can pic himself back up.

That's great! Sounds like things are moving in a positive direction. It was sounding pretty grim for a while. I hope things turn out the way they should, for ALL involved. I don't know Chris from Adam, but if anything is learned from this experience, I hope that he realizes how important communication is. And how loud a lack of it is! I can understand to a point that he may not have wanted to air out his business issues on a public forum, but a lack of communication can appear as deceit to the general population. Had he taken steps with the complainant(s) it may have(probably would have) eliminated all of this drama. I hope everything turns out well, and I hope his business is fruitfull. I believe he's a very talented individual just from what I've heard on this forum. I have, unfortunatly, seen talented people fail in business, due to not understanding the business aspect of their livelyhood. Hopefully this is a learning experience for all.

Always good to hear when things start going right. People make mistakes, and as long as they make them right, and learn from it thats what matters.

Well said by both parties:yesnod:

I'm in total agreement.

May the new year bring new adventures, a new beginning and profits galore to Chris and his team:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I am glad it all got figured out :crazy03:

I personally told Chris back when all this happened to let the machine shop handle it BUT believe it or not the kinda guy Chris is he wanted to help you (I know it probably didn't seem that way)

Anyway I will be as happy as you are when it's all done and you have a smile on your face CAUSE YOU WILL HAVE A SMILE ON YOUR FACE !:hehehe:

I heard Rich got a first hand experience this week on how many phone calls/texts/emails Chris gets on his phone a day....LOTS !!!!!

WELL CHEERS TO THE NEW YEAR AND FATBUM I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU AND YOUR NEW BABY !!

Looks like the glue that kept things together up there is back. I'm sure all will be right in Blountstown from now on. :D

Cheers

Well.

We are just waiting on my new cam to come in, as I knew I should swap my current cam out with a newer one to take advantage of the heads Chris is giving me in his effort to make things right.

The injectors have been sent out to be upgraded and I it seems this saga is coming to a close.

I will of course keep you updated if anything were to change.

Chris got into a bad spot, partially his fault, but also partially not his fault. By my standards, Chris has made this right 100%. (Barring any hiccups that would occur in the near time :ack2: ). There were a lot of behind the scenes events and conversations between Chris and I. Paired with a couple of factors I decided to give Chris the benefit of the doubt when he humbled himself and asked for another chance. Many would view this as a mistake on my part, but honestly, I am a compassionate person, I knew the risks, but I also knew the benefits for not just me, but Chris. It would give Chris an opportunity to prove his worth. He had a lot of family crisis issues and anyone can be overwhelmed. So if you are skeptical, wait for this to end. What Chris has done to make up for the delays and lack of communications is more then enough for me and since it was my car, it should be enough for anyone because I have more specifics then anyone else. So please take that with an open mind.

So yea, cheers. I'll post up next time there is something to post.

Up for an even trade? 427 for a 364 sounds like a deal to me. Or rather, deal for me. lol

I'll tell ya what, I think that comment is way off line. Where I come from you just don't say things like that when a guy is trying to work things out with you. That is total BS.

It is total BS that you took something out of context and disregarded the sheer ****ing generosity without maybe thinking about before you posted.

Humble - Near the ground; not high or lofty; not pretentious or magnificent; unpretending; unassuming

I am so sick of this ****.

What did I take out of context? Maybe I misunderstood your post. Let me tell you how I see it. 'He crawled on his belly and begged your forgiveness.' Did I misinterpret something?

Considering I posted the literal ****ing definition for you, and you still managed to take it out of context, yes, you misinterpreted something.
You must have been puzzled by the absolute contrast in your interpretation of that specific phrase and the rest of the ENTIRE post no? Or did that just phase you by without any issue? It didn't make you second guess your original guess?

You took a GOOD thing, and turned it into a bad one. Way to go chum.

And how about this:

So what.

Even if that was what I meant, which I assure you it was not, what would be so wrong about a man asking for forgiveness for something he did wrong?

I rather be dealing with a person who can admit their flaws openly then some schmuck who thinks himself above fault.

Ridiculousness.
