That's great! Sounds like things are moving in a positive direction. It was sounding pretty grim for a while. I hope things turn out the way they should, for ALL involved. I don't know Chris from Adam, but if anything is learned from this experience, I hope that he realizes how important communication is. And how loud a lack of it is! I can understand to a point that he may not have wanted to air out his business issues on a public forum, but a lack of communication can appear as deceit to the general population. Had he taken steps with the complainant(s) it may have(probably would have) eliminated all of this drama. I hope everything turns out well, and I hope his business is fruitfull. I believe he's a very talented individual just from what I've heard on this forum. I have, unfortunatly, seen talented people fail in business, due to not understanding the business aspect of their livelyhood. Hopefully this is a learning experience for all.
Always good to hear when things start going right. People make mistakes, and as long as they make them right, and learn from it thats what matters.
Well.
Today this came into the shop.

We are just waiting on my new cam to come in, as I knew I should swap my current cam out with a newer one to take advantage of the heads Chris is giving me in his effort to make things right.
The injectors have been sent out to be upgraded and I it seems this saga is coming to a close.
I will of course keep you updated if anything were to change.
Chris got into a bad spot, partially his fault, but also partially not his fault. By my standards, Chris has made this right 100%. (Barring any hiccups that would occur in the near time :ack2: ). There were a lot of behind the scenes events and conversations between Chris and I. Paired with a couple of factors I decided to give Chris the benefit of the doubt when he humbled himself and asked for another chance. Many would view this as a mistake on my part, but honestly, I am a compassionate person, I knew the risks, but I also knew the benefits for not just me, but Chris. It would give Chris an opportunity to prove his worth. He had a lot of family crisis issues and anyone can be overwhelmed. So if you are skeptical, wait for this to end. What Chris has done to make up for the delays and lack of communications is more then enough for me and since it was my car, it should be enough for anyone because I have more specifics then anyone else. So please take that with an open mind.
So yea, cheers. I'll post up next time there is something to post.
Yep, I was at the shop today when it came in. Looks like a real nice piece of machinery to me.... I actually took video of it as well... :hehehe:
Up for an even trade? 427 for a 364 sounds like a deal to me. Or rather, deal for me. lol

I'll tell ya what, I think that comment is way off line. Where I come from you just don't say things like that when a guy is trying to work things out with you. That is total BS.

It is total BS that you took something out of context and disregarded the sheer ****ing generosity without maybe thinking about before you posted.
Humble - Near the ground; not high or lofty; not pretentious or magnificent; unpretending; unassuming
I am so sick of this ****.
What did I take out of context? Maybe I misunderstood your post. Let me tell you how I see it. 'He crawled on his belly and begged your forgiveness.' Did I misinterpret something?
