well i got my heads and a full refund today. for months chris said my heads were at some shot. well i got them back today and they were not touched. still unsure as to why he refused to tell me were they were or to give them back before now. my shortblock and heads go to a real shop monday morning thru sgc. hopefully there is nothing wrong with the heads now. nothing twords all the help out at the shop running parts or twords the recker fee just the refund and heads.
Yeah, I just got an email from Chris myself stating that he was sending me a check for $1,500 via USPS. This covers the turbo coating that never happened, and the headers that never showed up.
Chris also said he would be emailing me his plans to resolving the other issues sometime over the weekend.

If any of you DON'T go to that investigators meeting, I will be severly disappointed. The man did what he did and please realize that giving you money for ONE thing doesn't cover ALL of the LIES, PAIN, TIME LOST and other money you've lost on this.
He will just continue doing what he's doing if no one stops him now. I wonder how he got all that money to pay people back.. (if the checks don't bounce).

I received a check yesterday for $1100. Went right down to the Sun Trust bank to see if it was good. I was surprised it was so I cashed it.

I received a check for $1,500 from Chris Harwood today in the mail. This reflects a refund for the headers and the turbo housing ceramic coating by Jet Hot. The check was written from his Sports Car Technologies bank account, and the invoice providing showing what the refund was for was done on Xtreme Motorsports letterhead.
There are, of course, other issues still outstanding that need to be addressed and resolved.

There were some questions asked about whether or not Keli was acting as a business partner in Chris's XtremeMotorsports business, so I decided to resurrect their sponsor forum for the purpose of displaying any evidence that exists there of this being the case or not. That forum is READ ONLY, and is being displayed solely to help answer those questions concerning this business relationship. Nor can neither Keli or Chis edit or delete anything within that forum.

She is absolutely part of what was Xtreme. I have emails and hand written letters from her as part of Xtreme, and Chris' texts stating that she handled the business stuff, and that's why it wasn't his fault the check bounced because she's usually on top of that stop....

Someone named Brent Hughes called my wife at work today (love to know how he got that number) asking for my supervisors names and my work address on behave of KELI so they could send certified mail to be signed for. I want to know WTF that is about. Something about documents?

He has been brought into the situation by Chris and Keli by having him call my military professional place of business. My wife is calling the IG tomorrow and hopefully that "certified mail" (Brent said it was "documents requested") gets there quickly so I can end this.

Dan he can't sue you, he can try but it won't go very far. Since the things that you pointed out to his sponsors are true and not fabricated he can't get you for defamation. He might be able to weasel his way into harassment but since you were acting in good faith to warn someone of potential harm to their name and business, he'd have a VERY tough time proving that.
I went to Martindale hubbell and tried to find that name. He's not an atty, He might be working for one but I doubt it.

Brent Hughes works for FBMC in Tallahassee. I already have his work number, his twitter and myspace.
He is not a lawyer and according to my wife falsely represented himself as such.

I know it may seem like they can do what they are saying but they don't have a leg to stand on in court.
He did lie to all of us, we all have texts and emails and proof.
He did cheat, he put crappy parts into the cars, he did half-ass work.
He did con people into believing him, he put used parts in for new ones.
He did this to himself not you. You didn't do anything but hold him accountable.
I'll back you if he tries to take you to court as I'm sure others will too.
