Delorean Guy
Hey Im new here. I found this Forum not too long ago when I did a Search on google. This is a nice site, so thank you to whomever created it. :yesnod:
Anyways, currently I own a Delorean and Im a member of the Delorean Club of Florida, but it is my weekend car. So, not too long ago, I noticed alot of C4's for sale at the Zephyrhills Auction and a few that went through the auction. Then I started remembering that theres been a about a dozen C4's Ive seen EVERYTIME I go to this auction. Many of them in good condition and even one 1990 convertible once that had only several thousand miles on it along with plastic covers still on the seats. I like the C4 and C5 body style and I made up my mind that I wanted a daily driver that wasnt too expensive. So later this year Ill be looking for a 1989 or 1990 with the 6-Speed transmission (I like the bumpers on those rather than the newer bumpers on the '91-96). Im going to try my hardest to find one in good condition for a decent price. My dad's a Chevy guy as well, he used to own a yellow '66 Corvette he bought in 1970 and he regrets selling it, and he now owns a '65 Chevelle Malibu SS with 44,000 original miles (which is for sale by the way). Anyhow, this whole Corvette thing looks like fun, so hopefully Ill see you all around sometime......
