St. Augustine 2008?

I sure wish we could join ya'll too. Maybe we all look to a time in Feb. for another sorta St Augustine sorta trip. Rich Ray, Gordon? :dancer01::dancer01:

Carrie and I don't care where and we are open to all suggestions.

Rich is Feb. a busy time for you or are the "babies" still sleeping?

I some how supect we collectively could party anywhere and have a hoot. We might even be able to get Andy and Dottie to join us as well as others who have yet to enjoy a non show get together.

Tom, Betsy?

:thumbsup::dancer01:Woo hoo!

Can't we get any more of you guys interested in joining us in St. Augustine week after next? It's going to be a gorgeous time of year to be out there. Cooler mornings and just great for walking around the city.

Tamra and I would love to join you but our daughters are in high school and I cook at all the home football games on Friday night into November. When high school football comes to an end, then we have some time to hang like the UCP in November.:crazy03:

Well it was really fun last year but have to work every weekend till the 17th...If anyone going enjoys a good breakfast sit next to Rich..( Mr. Picky) :)

Lynne has already let me know she has made special accomodations for my breakfast needs....... :nanana:

You DO know we are staying there mid-week, don't you?

What I guess I should have said was I won't be able to take any time off until the 18th..

Have a great time...but I sure enjoyed the Xmas lights around the city last year..That is worth the trip even for only one night..

Man, too bad you can't join us. Maybe some other time we can all get together for a trip.

Yo! Ray!

I sent you a PM, but I guess you forgot about that feature here.... :lmao:

When are you and Angel planning on getting to St. Augustine?

:hmm: for some reason I didn't see the Pop Up notice for the PM.:shrug01:

Anyway, we'll be getting there Monday mid afternoon.:dancer01:

Yeah, we're REALLY looking forward to getting away. Guess Ray and Angel are going to be stuck with only Connie and myself. If anyone else can make it even for a couple of hours, stop by the B&B and see if we are there. If not, just rev the engine up and we'll come find YOU. :)

Damn.......... Every time I check the weather forecast for St. Augustine, it changes. Now they are calling for 40 to 60 percent chance of rain this week. :toetap05: It was just 30 percent earlier......

If there is anything more useless then a three day weather forecast, it HAS to be a five day weather forecast. Why they even bother having a ten day forecast completely escapes me. I have NEVER EVER seen it be on the money.

Thats a generic program the weather people use to compute long range forecasts are for states that actually have a weather pattern:lmao::lmao:

This is FLORIDA where in 5 miles or 5 minutes, the weather will change:rofl1:

I've seen a few times at work when there will be dark, torrential downpour at the Kingdom but bright, cloudless skies at the TTC. Florida's great, we have our own ecosystem!

Anyway, I wish I could get away for a meet of some sort. The last meet (not counting local stuff) I went to was ZCON in Daytona last year. :shrug01: Any meets I went to would have to coincide with whatever vacations the PCC staff take. Unfortunately.

When I was working motors for the Sheriff's Dept., my partner and I never even stopped to put on our dry riders when the summer storms came. We just kept riding...right on through them :lmao:

By the time you'd stop to get them on, it's be time to take them off!
