Damn!!! Sorry to hear that. The storm was rather mild here. Power was out for about 34 hours, but beyond that, just a big thunderstorm. Only small branches and twigs shaken from the trees. I did have three trees across the new path I build though. But really, only very minor damage.- Rich Z

Got 0.75" of rain today (Wednesday). I don't know what to think about this hurricane Helene. There appear to be two contradictory camps involved. Working on a walking/biking trail through my woods.
The wood was kind of wet so the teeth on the feed roller weren't getting the grip they needed. So had to wiggle the log around a bit. I am being careful. I had plenty of distance between my hand and the feed roller. Even if it didn't pull me into the chipping blades, the roller itself would...- Rich Z
