Thanks for stopping by. We are pleased to offer you this beautifully restored Silver 1964 Corvette coupe for your inspection.

A body off restoration was completed in 2005. It was done to a high quality standard but not for NCRS or Bloomington judging. The owner’s intent was to bring the Vette back to top quality condition but add considerably more performance. The original block (L75), heads, intake, manifold, and 4-speed are in storage and included in the sale.

The paint code on this Corvette shows it was Satin Silver but it has been repainted a C5 Corvette Machine Silver Metallic. The interior code is Silver Blue. As you can see the seats are from a newer Corvette and match the interior. The door panels, instrument panel, steering wheel, headliner, door handles and all trim pieces are original and in very nice condition.

The tachometer redlines at 5300RPM indicating this Corvette was originally ordered with the base 300 horsepower engine. Nestled in the engine bay now is a stout 383cu.in. Chevy engine rated and 600 horsepower. That is connected to a Keisler PKO Six Hundred 5-speed manual transmission. The Positraction axle has a 3.73:1 ratio. The owner states highway cruising a 70mph and 2000rpm is a pleasure. Especially when the air conditioning is turned on!

The torque thrust style wheels are fitted with Bridgestone Potenza radials and are in good condition. They give this Vette a nice look. Don’t you agree?

Ownership history and odometer mileage is documented. This Corvette was not originally ordered with many options but it does have power steering, AM/FM radio, Positraction, and tinted windshield. Aftermarket air conditioning was added during the restoration.

The owner states the frame and birdcage are solid with no rust issues. The body appears to have all factory original panels.

Now it is your turn to enjoy this classic 1964 Corvette. It is ready and waiting for you.
