Anti Venom in March issue of Vette Magazine!

That is too cool! Congrats to Greg!

I ordered a subscription to that mag but it hasn't started coming yet. Anyone know where I can find it on a newsstand?

I place my order online at mags4cheap.com on Oct.1st and haven't seen my 1st issue.
My son signed up at the Eckler's reunion 3 weeks later and he has gotten 2 issues so far.
I have been told that the magazine folks themselves were at Eckler's and that mine is on the way. :toetap05:

Try a Barnes & Noble or a Books-A-Million.

HA I beat him to this! he is tuning a vette right now! I'm sure he will be responding shortly

I think you can get them at Vette if you are local. Barnes and Noble is good too!
there is also another feature under the Rocker Arms 101 "rockin out" article I got a kick out of some of the writing in that

~Rashelle (I think I need my own account)

So I went up to B&N, they had Vette magai\zine...February issue. :banghead: Guess I'll just have to go back.

I wonder what I would have to do to get my car in an AntiVenom article. So far it looks like an STS setup or a C5R....hmmmm....

Anything different can get your car in an article...we have had them do everything from simple header install to heads & cam on a C6. We are doing a twin turbo instal for a story for them right now.

Magazine Articles

We've had over a dozen Corvettes in magazines in our ten years of business. Corvette Concepts has Corvettes in just about every state and in Canada, Hawaii, Germany, Sweden, Norway. etc. We were one of the first C5 Corvette tuners in the country. Over the years we've had the privilege to meet and spend time with some of the most notable people in the business, including John Cafaro, the designer of the C5. We know most of the big guys including John Lingenfelter and Chuck Mallet who we have had dinner with on several occasions, drinks included... ;-) We met Ron Fellows early in the C5R Racing program and have had a good relationship with him for years. The list is a mile long and the memories will last a lifetime.

Nice story on a C5R engine swap into a guys C5, nice clean looking swap....Good job Greg!

What do you think an install like that costs? Parts and labor?

A C5R, in a crate, done right but not deluxe, is going to be about $14-15k. Another $1500 or so for install, $500 for tune. Knock off $3k for a non-C5R block.

I know Rich; but you know how some people can be on forums, once someone puts up a price in public, there are several people who come up and say, hell I know someone who can do it cheaper. That is just a bunch of crap that this forum does'nt deserve to have PLASTERED all over it.:ack2:
