Any "gun nuts" on board?

I like to go to Knight Shooting Sports every once in a while and kill paper with my two Kimbers. Just wondered if we had any other paper-haters on the board. Maybe we should go together some time, just for grins?

Gun nut here. Concealed licensee, carry every day. Here are a couple pics of my collection, http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v372/Mekanic/Shooting/

There are a couple that aren't there that I need to get shots of.

Also, I AM NOT A COLLECTOR! I hate people who buy shit and not use it, my carry weapon (black on black bersa) has over 2000 rounds through it.

Also the Kel-Tec P3AT (tiny black .380) Was my christmas present from my GF last year :D

Uh, yeah, I guess you could say that..... ;)

One of my other sites is http://www.ArmsLocker.com...... :)

It worries me when the words "gun" and "nut" are used in the same sentence:rofl1: :rofl1:

Other than a couple of weapons my dad left me, I don't collect. Like Mekanic, if I can't use it, I don't want it;)

So I guess the answer to your question though is YES!!!

Robert (Pewter99) and I went a few weeks back and were talking about another trip. I think getting a group together might be fun:thumbsup:

Quaker Steak is right around the corner, we could go there afterwords for burgers 'n beers.

Like I said before, I am a gun nut. Do not worry Shadow, I am mentally stable, just a big fan of guns. Currently I own a Beretta 92FS with a Beretta 96 slide conversion and a .22 Ciener conversion. I have a Mauser 8mm with a scope on it, a .22 rifle, a semi 12ga shotgun and a Beretta 686 over and under which I used to score a 24 of 25 at wobble trap (a variation of trap), at regular trap my best score is only 23 of 25. I had to sell my almost new Romanian AK47 to complete the payment on my Corvette, no regrets!
Anyway, have fun, be safe and shoot straight!

I'm into high powered PCP pellet guns, they can pack from 22 ft lbs to over 50 ft lbs of power in 22.cal and 25.cal. I have a MARK 11 logun that is bolt action can hold 11 pellets and can shoot 20 rounds with full power.

You need a handpump that is made for the PCP guns to recharge them, with the mod on the gun it's super quite!

I carry a Glock 9mm, i also own a Rom Ak, Bushy M4 AR15, CETME, HS2000, and a ruger p90. I started to get into long distance precision shooting and planned on getting a custom Tikka or Rem 700 built, but i used the money for a down payment on the vette...priorities i guess!!

I carry a Glock 33 myself. Pretty handy little gun. And surprisingly accurate for that short barrel. .357 Sig is a REALLY nice round!

I've been collecting guns since the early 80s and have had quite a bit of fun with that hobby. Got into Colt Pythons a while back and have a really nice collection of them now. Maybe when I decide to buy a new Z06 I'll sell them off to pay for it. I rarely do any shooting any more, even though I can shoot right on my own property.

I also used to reload quite a bit and still have all the tools and materials, but time has become a real issue for that sort of activity. Not to mention that my workroom is a bonafide national disaster area. It would take me weeks to clean up just to be able to find everything and then get everything together to start reloading again. But I have to admit that it was a very nice pastime to have. Anyone not ever trying reloading probably wouldn't understand, but it actually was interesting and relaxing to do.

Of course, with all the powder, primers, and loaded ammo I have here, I really should put a warning on the doors to the building:

In case of fire, RUN LIKE HELL!!!!

Man y'all have some Awesome Guns.WoW RichZ:notworthy: :notworthy: . Myself i have a few pea shooters compared to you guys.:rofl1: XD9 Springfield, S&W 38, 32, 422 and a cheap 32 and 25 throw aways :rofl1: .Ruger 10-22 Rem 870 12ga. Guns i want to buy Sig 45 ,AR15 ,Glock40.

I would like to get into reloading, just don't have the space for it currently. Maybe when i get a house with a garage.

 I an not a gun nut, but also a conceal carry, have and use glock 23, and 27. Also Kimber 45 custom, Ruger 45 dc. several shot guns, 22's rifles, 1882 springfield trap door rifle, and my baby springfield M1A., all shootable, except the trap door, and it maybe. And do shoot all pistols monthly, and the rifles every couple of months.
