Any shooters here?

1500 for a pellet gun, woo thats expensive.

I paid 1200 for my AR, 4 mags, 2 cases and 680rds lol.

Just found another springfield to purchase, now having a hard time finding a ffl dealer to handle a transfer. Looked on the ffl list for places local, heavy metal mentioned before..called them to see if theyll handle a transfer, was told they dont deal with civilian sales/transfers, was planning to buy a suppressor from them since im 5min down the road, but if thats how they are now take the business some where else that wants money. Called another number on the list and ended up getting sonnys bbq lol. The only person local is some old guy who hates people. Afraid to purchase this fire arm and have him tell me it never showed up.

theyre was a member here that was doing transfers for 35 bucks. If you still hace no luck try university un and pawn in tampa the have done some for mealso chech tampa gun trader.com

I know they did LEO sales and last I was in there they sold to civilians. . . I really cant think of anyone else off the top of my head. Have you tried J M Gunsmith off whitfield over by revextreme? BUllet hole downtown srq might have something too. .

All those guys stole my thunder....but I have one or two left, The place on University at 301 in Sarasota, or the place in Palmetto on 301.

dicks sporting goods gave me J/M gun repairs number gonna call them in the morning. waiting to hear back from the seller how long he'll give me to find a dealer if i use the buy it now option. nearly had a heart attack when i saw 450+25 shipping on a brand new springfield xd45 sub compact with all the xd gear.

Lol theres heavy metal again. I just emailed them prior to reading, asking them if they could just handle a transfer. They come up on every ffl locater site, their own homepage says theyre a ffl holder, and i told them i have my ccw if that matters to them.

if they dont respond back, i have 3 other numbers to call. according to i have 10-14 days to fully pay and ensure a ffl dealer.

rich, your barrett pics just loaded...and yup i hate you big time haha. :rofl1:

one day ill have one, one day.

Instead of making a new thread, i'll just post my ? here...

does anyone know off the top of their head if it's legal to sale a firearm in FL with/including ammo in the sale?

Just wanted to see if anyone here knew so i wouldn't have to call big brother :ack2:

I don't believe you can SHIP ammo with a firearm, but in a face to face sale, I believe it is just fine. Assuming you are selling as a private individual selling your personal merchandize and not engaging in the business of selling firearms or ammunition, of course.

of course :hehehe:

no thats what i figured as well but wanted to confirm... thanks Rich.

Looks like i will be selling a few pieces i don't shoot much anymore to fund other things that take higher priority right now....:ack2:

When i bought my AR15 from my dads buddy, it came with 680rds. Father being family set aside, hes been a nra instructor for a long time and involved in guns in general, im sure he woulda said something to me about buying the ammo another time.

Im just glad i actually found someone very local who sells and installs silencers, im a happy camper now. Now i just gotta sell my smith 40cal and get some more . then my rifle will be complete.
