Ok, I've been hearing this sound for a couple days now. After about fifteen to twenty minutes of driving, I hear this sound coming from my passengers side rear.
I stop at the stop sign one block from home and as you slow down the sound gets louder. It sounds almost like a squeeking, grinding sound that gets more profound the closer you get to a complete stop. I know it's brake related cause at the stop sign, I would fully depress the brakes and I could actually hear the rear passenger side brake pressing down.
I felt the rotors and they were hot!!!
So I waited about ten minutes and felt them again and they felt smooth all around. I checked the brake fluid and it was almost full so I added a few ounces to the line and went out for a drive the next day. Samething this morning. It was perfectly fine until about twenty minutes of driving (all city driving I may add). Once I got closer to home, samething again. Opinions please.....
pads, rotor, caliper????:shrug01:
