First long trip in '61 vette to Anti-Venom

Car is running OK, not great (that's why I am heading to Anti-Venom) seems to be missing at times.

I have to drive from Clermont nearly to Tampa (about 80 miles) down I-4....just in case is there any towing services along the way I can count on if the worst should happen ?

I am sure that you have a cell phone right? Any problems make sure to call us and we will get anything handled very quickly.

But I have C1 problem, they LOVE driving here to make me cry because I dont have one YET! You are going to feel like a movie star when you pull in with my dream car:hehehe:

Wonderful ! I have visions of me laying across my vette on the shoulder of I-4 to keep the tractor-trailers from throwing rocks all over it, but I feel better now..

Beautiful vette. I love the C1 and C2 series. Antivenom will take great care of your baby.

That is something Ive heard him say a few times...
It has yet to happened to him though

She is here:dancer01:, and it was a safe trip, This is one impressive ride

It is in better shape than most C5's and C6's that come in, Its like a brand new car (Im the C1 junkie so I'm happy) Most that come in here are red, Its nice to see this color

Glad its so popular; I've had it about 6 weeks and already fixed a bunch of small items but all the major things look really solid. Got it from a guy in South Carolina that does wind tunnel work for NASCAR. www.windtunnelextreme.com - guy needed some cash for a huge new project so I got a kicking deal!

I checked around at local vette places near Orlando but none of them had the rep that Anti-Venom has - and well deserved.

it was running allot smoother about 20mins after you left, (he started on it immediently) he is under the hood right now,

Everyone is in love with it, My PawPaw came in for his friday visit with Greg (not me) and he sure liked it.

You're definately in good hands. Especially for a 1st gen:thumbsup:

Is it maroon or red? If red, I have it's twin.

Its Honduras Maroon - I wanted Roman Red at first; but this color has grown on me and when I repaint it someday I'll stick with the Maroon. But there is no question that you have a fine looking machine!

Wow what beauty. I wish I had your car in my garage as an addition to my C6. Shoot, I wouldn't mind having each generation in my garage. You do have a beauty.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Wow - just picked up the vette and drove it 80 miles home to Orlando and it runs like a dream. Idles at a purr and tachs up to a nice steady growl. Gregg found a bunch of minor problems I wasn't even aware of and fixed them as well as doing the overall tune-up.

Did 70mph most the trip with occasional full-throttle romps (couldn't help it) and that old 283 just wants to keep winding up. Luvin it !:crazy03:
