Do you party in, party out? Party hearty? Don't party at all? Got fireworks?

Happy New Year ALL!! :dancer01:

Happy New Year!

:wavey: Typically, we stay at home and bring in the New Year with our kids.:dancer01:

Well, in the past Connie would go to bed around 11 or so while I'm working on the computer. Around midnight I will hear the fireworks going off from the neighbors, so I would go into the bed room and kiss her Happy New Year.

But I dunno, lately she has been staying up almost as late as I do. So maybe she is making a break with tradition......

Looks like we are in for a repeat Sunday night of what we had for Christmas Eve night. LOTS of rain...........

We stay in, also. Our partying out days are over which is fine with us. Ususally we're in bed before the ball drops but the neighborhood fireworks wakes us up.

I am a mobile DJ, so New Years Eve has always been someone else's party with the wife at home.
I decided not to take a New Years gig this year. Goanna stay home and be with the wife. She will not make it past 10PM anyways. She gets up at 4:30 to go to work. Too early for me.

Looks like you've started on your New Year resolutions already!

I haven't gone out for New Years Eve in close to 20 years! No reason to play with the amatuers:NoNo:

Spent too many years cleaning up the aftermaths:(.

We usually manage to make it to midnight, have the obligatory toast and kiss and off to  ...yeah, I'm, an old fart! Whataboutit?!:lmao:

Wishing everyone from our forum family a Happy and Safe New Years eve and a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year 2007!!!!!:usa_flag: :icon_cheers:

I have to admit, I'm pretty much a stick in the mud when it comes to partying. I don't drink and don't really like going to parties watching others get drunk. My main goal on New Years eve is simply to stay off the streets and not give someone a moving target to aim at. I have a few close friends that I get together with occasionally but that's about it.:) I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Years eve, whatever you'll be doing, and a great 2007!

Safer in here!

Like Shadow I've spent too many years cleaning up the aftermath of domestics and crashes. It's safe in here with my wife.

Ya'll enjoy and be safe and go polish that vette.:D

I'm with you Mark. I've spent years on the streets literally at times dodging the oncoming DUI driver just so I can turhn around, chase him/her down and help them enter the new year my way:yesnod:

Sometimes it's fun going to parties and watching others get toasted. Just to see what an arse they can make of themselves in such a short period of time:lmao:

I have not gone out partying in many years. I've gone to a house party here and there and they were for the most part pretty good. Now we just stay home. This is the first year I've spent NY in Florida and I love it! We ate dinner OUTSIDE! How cool is that :dancer01:

Happy and healthy 2007 to you all :wavey:
