Hi, my name is Ricardo, mostly everybody calls me chucky. I'm from Curacao, it's a small island in the caribbean. I'm currently here in Miami Florida doing my bachelors degree and the time has come for me to buy a car to take back back home when I graduate next year. I've been looking at the new C6 Z06 since it came out, but still debating if I should get it or not. So I joined z06vette and also corvetteflorida to see if you guys want to help me and add me in your corvette world :D. Also if anyone with the Z and wants to take me for a drive to feel it, i will appreciate that too :thumbsup:
 
Welcome to the site. I would guess your biggest concern might be getting service done on the car when you go back home. Even finding someone knowledgeable to change the oil on a C6 Z06 might be a challenge for you.

:welcome: :welcome: :iagree: with RichZ... to find a place with the right tools (lifting pucks for example) and or the experience to work on one of these cars will be a real challenge! Not to mention...the extra money it'll cost you for parts,:eek: whether it's for mods or repairs, that'll have to be delivered by either air or ship (if needed). Unless of course, you're loaded with $$$...Then it's all good!:thumbsup:
 
Do you really need special tools to work on a Z06? What kind of new tools do you need? We do have garages where they hook up cars and such. Any suggestions what kind of tools we need?
