Rain today

Went back to Maine for business and to check on my 08 that is in long term storage .Didn't realize coffee freezes at 32 degrees but it was freezing rain and 42 mph wind .Got back to a mini heat wave yesterday in Ft Myers .I'll take the mini heat wave any day

Was 94 degrees while we were driving up in Tallahassee today. Supposed to drop down into the low to mid 40s the next few nights with highs only in the mid to upper 60s.

Weird thing is that some of the pear trees are putting out flowers like they think it is Springtime or something.

For the edge of a pretty good cold front, the storms that should have associated was pretty uninspiring. About two minutes of light rain, then over. Just registered 0.05" on the weather station.

You can feel the temperature dropping when you walk outside.

Got just 0.20" of rain yesterday, and only 0.02" today. Been pretty slim on rain this entire month so far, with just 0.77" all total.

But sure does look crappy outside right now. Just 50 degrees and rather dark and dreary looking.

We had another 0.01" added later on today. Or maybe a flock of birds flew overhead with bladder issues....

The best chance of rain we have had recently just passed through, dropping only 0.12" of rain. Guess I need to run irrigation on the citrus trees again so the fruits don't dry up.

Only got 0.17" of rain today. Glad I didn't stop watering the citrus trees counting on this "rain storm" today.

Another pitiful showing for a rain "storm" today. Only got 0.05" of drizzle. But it was a cold drizzle.

We got 0.53" last night. Not a lot, but better than it has been for a while.

Yeah we got a pretty good rain here too. 1.10". Had a tornado watch earlier.
