Thanks for the Welcome!

Hi All,:wavey:

Thanks for all the words of welcome.....I'm sorry I didn't go to this page...I was hung up on another page and didn't even realize this page existed!! Both Brian and I look forward to participating in this forum....our experience so far with the bulk of the members has been great!
For those of you who may not be familiar with our company, I would like to take a moment to give you a brief overview. Corvette Concepts began with the C5 Corvette 10 Years ago. I have been a Corvette Nut for over thirty-something years. I purchased my first Corvette in 1971. It was a '69 roadster with a hardtop, the same color as "427's" gold metallic or war bonnet yellow. It was an LT1 425 HP 350 with M22 tranny and 4:56 gears......talk about a screamer! Man I loved that car.... Since then I've owned an '81, '86, '89, '91, '98, '98 (yep, 2), '99, '00, '01, '05. We still own the '99 FRC and the "05 Sunset Orange Coupe.

Corvette Concepts specializes in building Show and Street winning Corvettes. We'll do anything from the smallest bolt on appearance or performance parts to creating 600+ HP ground pounders and Show winning beauties with completely detailed engine bays, calipers, etc. We've had over 12 Corvettes in magazines and we hold many racing titles and trophies. Due to the fact we only work on C5/C6 Corvettes, we are very knowledgeable and can turn a car around usually the same day or depending on the amount of work, in a week or so. We talk to the customer and research their needs and build a car that reaches their expectations.

Corvette Concepts is located in Sarasota. We're on a five acre ranch named the "Corvette Ranch". No commercial strip shop here. Our "crew" comprises of just Brian and myself along with one or two other workers who are helpers, cleaners, etc. Anyone working on your Corvette or even answering the phone here is usually just Brian and I. If you come and wait for your work you can sit 8 feet away from the car and watch us perform. You can help us if you'd like but there's an additional charge!!:) Our shop is clean and our work is precise. We treat your car as if it were our own Corvette. Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a bit fanatical over details. Our goal is to do the very best work we possibly can. We're not perfect, but we strive to do the job right the first time.

We invite you all to stop by if you're in the area. We'd be glad to meet you. It always wise to call first to be sure we're around. We do pick up and deliver quite a few cars.

We will be attending the Ultimate Corvette Party at Ferman Chevrolet in Brandon, Rt. 60, this weekend. If you're attending, please stop by our Vendors Area and say hi. I do have 2 tickets available to enter your car if you don't already have tickets. The cost is $20.00 each. If you're not showing your car there is no cost to attend. It will be a great show so come by and say hi!:wavey:

Thanks again for all the welcomes!!! That's it!! FREE Pizza & Beer for EVERYONE TOMORROW!...or maybe the next day........if not the day after....:lmao:

Heck, I'm hoping that someone has the foresight to stop in at Dunkin Donuts on the way to the show this weekend....

Hey guys, welcome from a newbie here as well!!

Got a question for ya. I was looking over your website, specifically the mongoose stage III package. I notice it doesn't list a custom tune in the deal. Is one not necessary for those mods (stage 1-3)? From reading posts here and over at CF i got the impression that even a tune on a stock vehicle could make improvemnts.

I know i am putting the cart before the horse on this one seeings how i don't even have a vette yet, but i know as soon as i get in one it will be modded b4the day is over. I even already bought myself a CLB LoL!! Its already starting!!! :rofl1:

Thanks guys, i am sure you will be seeing me as soon as i find "The One"!!
